1. Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Delivery normally occurs in:
- Mainland: 2-3 business days
- Islands: 3-5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product's size, weight and destination.
3. Couriers Used
Slickably Ltd relies on the best national couriers to ensure fast and safe deliveries:

- DHL
- Royal Mail

4. Delivery
Delivery occurs at street level from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
In case of absence:
- The courier will leave a delivery notice
- A second delivery attempt will be made
- The package will be held for 5 business days

6. Damage During Transportation
In case of obvious damage to the package, it is important to:
- Accept with written reservation on the delivery document
- Photograph the damage
