1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.

Our team will guide you through the most suitable return procedure for your situation.
You are not required to provide us with the reason for the return, however we kindly ask for it to help us optimize our services and offer you an increasingly better experience.

3. Return Conditions
- Products must be intact and in original packaging
- Must not show signs of wear or damage
- Must be complete with all accessories and documentation
- Labels must still be attached
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by Slickably Ltd, except in cases of return "for having changed your mind" where costs are borne by the customer.
5. Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Legal Warranty
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code.
